The Abbey Hill Golf Centre is part of Burhill Golf and Leisure Ltd, one of the UK’s largest golf course owners and operators. The company currently operates ten golf properties across England, and in 2011 added an Adventure Golf course with a pirate theme to its Abbey Hill facility. The result exceeded all expectations!

Playing Adventure Golf at Celtic Manor is a fun putting experience for the whole family! Nine of the total eighteen holes are built with a matching Celtic theme, while the other nine are miniatures of famous golf holes from around the world. The high-quality all-weather courses are framed by rippling streams and bridges which you can cross in well-made rafts.

During the late summer and autumn, Scandinavian Minigolf started several projects around Europe – in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Italy and Germany. Adventure Golf courses are being built everywhere with various dimensions, themes and customised features, and we look forward to seeing how they all turn out.

This year’s Europe Attraction Show was held on 26–29 September in London, UK. The City Golf Group exhibited at stand number 1000. This was the eighth edition of the highly successful show, and attracted an impressive 7,000 visitors. 67 business contacts were established at stand 1000 alone, where our representatives Johnny, Gary and Mogens worked alongside a rather spectacular colleague – a pirate.
